About the Event

With summer coming to a close, that can only mean one thing - it's time to go back to the classroom! Even if you're no longer taking classes, you can always learn something new. Join us and expert Sushma Reddy to learn more about fall migration and why birds are too cool for school!

You may have asked yourself: Why do birds migrate? Why do they make such a fast turnaround? Which birds visit us for the summer time and which stay to brave the cold alongside us? Well, let's talk about it! Sushma Reddy will help to explain this bird behavior while our leaders help us spot real-world examples. We will be enjoying peak fall migration at Westwood Hills Nature Center, where we hope to see a variety of warblers and waterfowl making their way back south.

Accessibility: Paved paths, gentle hills, and transportation are offered. Please reach out…
